Terms of Service (Public Offer)

1.1. The Provider renders marketing services to businesses operating in the construction and remodeling industry, primarily in the United States market, including, among others:

1.2. The specific scope of services, timelines, and fees are determined on an individual basis and set out in a separate agreement and/or commercial proposal issued following a consultation.

2.1. An inquiry submitted through the Website's contact form is a preliminary request for the purpose of conducting a consultation and does not give rise to any financial or other obligation between the parties.

2.2. The terms of any specific engagement, including the scope of services, payment terms and schedule, and delivery timelines, are agreed separately in writing (agreement, invoice, or commercial proposal).

Fees for the services and the applicable payment terms are determined individually for each client and are set out in the relevant agreement or invoice. Payment is made by a method agreed between the parties.

4.1. The Provider undertakes to render services with an appropriate degree of professional diligence and in accordance with reasonable industry practices.

4.2. The Provider does not guarantee the achievement of specific financial or quantitative outcomes (sales volume, profit, number of inquiries), as such outcomes depend on circumstances beyond the Provider's control, including market conditions and the actions of third parties.

4.3. The Provider is not liable for indirect losses or lost profits incurred by the client in connection with the provision of services.

Materials created by the Provider in the course of rendering services (advertising creatives, copy, campaign configurations, and other work product) are transferred to the client to the extent agreed in a separate agreement, subject to full payment for the services rendered.

The processing of personal data obtained through the Website is governed by a separate Privacy Policy published on the Website, which forms an integral part of these Terms.

These Terms are governed by the laws of Georgia. Any disputes arising in connection with these Terms shall be resolved through negotiation and, failing agreement, in accordance with the applicable laws of Georgia.
